Terms & Conditions — Kridazone

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Kridazone, booking a slot, or using our services, you agree to abide by all rules and conditions mentioned on this page.

2. Play Area Rules

• Socks are mandatory inside the softplay area.
• No food, drinks, toys, or sharp objects are allowed inside play zones.
• Children must follow staff instructions at all times.
• Parents/guardians must supervise children below 7 years.

3. Safety Disclaimer

Kridazone ensures all equipment is regularly checked and sanitized. However, parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their children. Kridazone is not liable for minor injuries resulting from normal play activities.

4. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are time-based (30 minutes or 1 hour).
• Full payment is required before entry.
• Birthday packages may require advance payment.
• Booking is confirmed only after our team verifies slot availability.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Softplay/Arcade: Reschedule at least 4 hours before your slot.
• Birthday parties: Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) may take 3–7 working days.

6. Property Damage

Any intentional damage caused to equipment or property must be compensated by the parent/guardian.

7. Behaviour Policy

Kridazone reserves the right to deny entry or terminate playtime if:

• The child or parent behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner.
• Rules and safety instructions are repeatedly ignored.

8. Photography & Media

• You may take photos/videos of your own child.
• Do not film other children without parental consent.
• We may capture photos/videos for promotional use (only with permission).

9. Personal Belongings

Kridazone is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure.

10. Health & Hygiene Policy

• Children showing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, infection) are not allowed.
• Sanitization is done regularly, but hygiene of the child is the guardian’s responsibility.
