Booking Policy — Kridazone

1. Overview
All bookings made with Kridazone are subject to our Booking Policy. This ensures fair, safe and smooth scheduling for all customers. By booking a slot (softplay, arcade, birthday party or event), you agree to the terms below.
2. Slot Booking Rules
- All softplay & arcade bookings are time-based (30-minute or 1-hour slots).
- Slots are confirmed only after we receive your message/call and verify availability.
- Walk-ins are allowed if slots are open.
- Children must arrive 5 minutes before the booked time.
3. Birthday Party & Group Bookings
- A minimum advance payment may be required to secure the event date.
- Decor, snacks and add-ons must be finalized at least 48 hours before the event.
- Extra children or extended time will be charged separately.
4. Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule your booking depending on slot availability:
- Rescheduling is free if requested at least 4 hours before the slot.
- For birthday parties, rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- One free reschedule is allowed per booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Softplay/Arcade cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
- Birthday party cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Advance payments (if any) may be adjusted against future bookings.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Arrival & Check-In
- Please reach 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Late arrivals will reduce playtime (slots cannot be extended for free).
- Parents/guardians must be present for kids under 7 years.
7. Safety Requirements
- Socks are mandatory for softplay.
- No sharp objects, food or drinks inside the play area.
- Staff instructions must be followed for safety.
8. Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI or other accepted modes.
- Full payment must be made before entry or at check-in.
- Birthday packages may require part-payment in advance.
9. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- If Kridazone cancels your booking due to technical reasons.
- If you cancel within the acceptable time window (see cancellation policy).
- Refund may be transferred within 3–7 working days.
Refunds are not available for no-shows or same-day last-minute cancellations.
10. Behaviour & Conduct
Kridazone reserves the right to deny entry or stop playtime if:
- A child behaves in a manner that endangers others.
- Parent/guardian does not follow safety rules.
- Property or equipment is intentionally damaged.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify our Booking Policy from time to time. Latest version will always be published on this page.
